Sirio e Alice aprono il “PaninoSì” in piazza Cavallotti, una nuova avventura culinaria.

Sirio Marinai, who is known as the “king of Livorno sandwiches”, has reached the age of 60 but his entrepreneurial spirit is still alive. He has chosen the heart of Livorno, Piazza Cavallotti, for a new venture. Sirio and his partner Alice Allegri wanted to bring value to the neglected square and continue the tradition of their beloved salsa verde. Sirio sees this initiative as not only a celebration of his culinary heritage, but also as a step towards a well-deserved retirement. Alice, a young mother, joins Sirio in this new adventure with determination. The duo has already opened their shop, but they will officially celebrate with a grand inauguration event on October 14th. They invite everyone to join them in experiencing the renowned salsa verde and the essence of Livorno in its historical heart.
