A 5 years from the disappearance of Filippo Bagni and Piero Bruni, victims of the State Archive of Arezzo, there are events being held in their memory. The Regional Directorate of Museums of Tuscany and the State Archive have dedicated five days to symbolically honor them. The Basilica of San Francesco, Casa Vasari State Museum, National Museum of Medieval and Modern art, and the Museum of Arts and Popular Traditions of Anghiari are offering special evening openings and cultural events until Sunday to collect donations for charity, as requested by the families of Filippo and Piero. Today, the Museum of Arts and Popular Traditions of the Upper Tiber Valley in Anghiari will have an extraordinary evening opening from 7-11 pm and a concert by Maestro Andrea Trovato, a pianist and organist, performing on the museum’s unique 16th-century portable tabletop organ. There will be two performances at 7,30 pm and 9 pm. For more information, call 0575.788001. Additionally, today at the National Museum of Medieval and Modern Art in Arezzo, there will be an extraordinary evening opening until midnight and a concert by the Vocal Ensemble Tourdion, conducted by Stefania Barberi, at 9,30 pm.
