Through its subsidiary Europa Investimenti, Arrow Global already owned 95% of the company and has now acquired the shares held by minority shareholders, making it the majority owner of the company. This move further strengthens Arrow Global’s real estate strategy in Italy. Sansedoni Siena was originally established to manage the Palazzo Sansedoni, which houses the headquarters of Fondazione MPS.
