Directors and actors from the United States, Canada, Brazil, Argentina, Greece, Germany and other 20 countries for a whole week will shoot films in Pisa, the city that hosts a stage of Cinemadamare, the largest international gathering of young filmmakers and the longest cinema and audiovisual campus, after those of Rome, Umbria, Basilicata, Sardinia and Lombardy. The review will remain in Pisa until August 26, with the support of the Municipality.
“It is an unrepeatable opportunity for the city – underlines the councilor for culture Pierpaolo Magnani – to host young people from all over the world, gathered here to share their passions, their artistic skills, working in groups to make short films that We are sure that the passion for art and cinema will be able to guide the gaze of these young talents in the discovery of our city, going beyond the traditional representation of Piazza dei Miracoli.

The approximately 50 young artists who follow the festival will create their works, each lasting a maximum of 10 minutes, until August 26th. There will also be free screenings for everyone, from 9.30 pm, at the Giardino Scotto: from 23 to 25 August, cinema films, on 26 August all the films shot in Pisa by young filmmakers will be offered, with the awarding of the most beautiful.
