Annullo filatelico per il centenario dell’aeronautica a Lucca.
Poste Italiane will be present at the Cavallerizza di piazzale Verdi on September 30th from 12 to 6 pm for a special philatelic cancellation dedicated to Lucca and the Centennial of the Military Aviation. This event will mark the penultimate day of the exhibition and the last of the collateral events. The final talk, “The Role of the Air Force in the Defense of Italy Today,” will be held at 5,30 pm, featuring General Igor Bruni and war journalist Gian Micalessini. The exhibition will also be open and visitable on Sunday (October 1st). The centennial exhibition of the Military Aviation is possible thanks to the collaboration between the municipal administration, the organizing committee, and the air force headquarters. The curator of the celebrations in Lucca is Fabrizio Vincenti, and several organizations and sponsors have contributed to the event.
