Nausicaa salva Imm e acquista uffici nel centro direzionale.

Nausicaa, a subsidiary of the Municipality, has relocated its headquarters to the historic Mangiarotti building. The Municipality was the only party interested in the public tender for the sale of the office center published by Imm. The sale was deemed necessary for Imm’s financial recovery. Nausicaa’s investment, which includes the Mangiarotti building, the “Marmoteca,” and about 5,000 square meters of space, amounts to €2.8 million. This purchase is part of a broader rationalization plan to improve services and meet citizen demands. Other organizations, such as Gaia and RetiAmbiente, will also have new locations. Nausicaa’s relocation is expected to be completed by early 2024. The waste management branch will be transferred to RetiAmbiente, while Nausicaa’s current location will be leased to Baker Hughes-Nuovo Pignone. The move will also involve changes to Gaia’s offices to enhance the working environment. This complex operation, which maintains public ownership of the Mangiarotti building, is expected to bring significant benefits, job opportunities, and revitalization to the area.
