The Belgian Jasper Philipsen sprinted the second stage of the Vuelta, Caleruega-Burgos of 166 km, characterized by the sweltering heat. In second place was the Dutch Fabio Jakobsen, third the Australian Michael Matthews. The Slovenian Primoz Roglic has kept the red jersey of leader of the general classification. Tomorrow the third leg will be run, with the first uphill finish: 203 km from Santo Domingo de Silos to Picon Blanco, with the last climb of 7.8 km at 9.1% average gradient.
