Veronica Arrighi, a 49-year-old woman from Livorno, Italy, passed away after a long battle with illness. Despite her courage and tenacity, she was unable to overcome the disease. Veronica was a passionate reader and mountaineer, and was married to Alessio and mother to Giacomo. Following the news of her death, messages of condolences poured in.
