Benedetta Rossi, a 16-year-old girl from Cascina, Pisa, has passed away after a courageous battle with an illness. She had dreams of becoming an esthetician and had a great passion for sports. Unfortunately, her plans were derailed when she was diagnosed with a serious illness in November 2022, following knee problems. Her family had sought help from the community to find suitable accommodations for her and cover the costs of her treatment, resulting in a significant amount of funds being raised online. Benedetta will be laid to rest on October 8th, followed by cremation in the temple of the suburban cemetery in Pisa. The social media community has been flooded with loving comments and messages of support for Benedetta and her family, although there have also been inappropriate and disrespectful conspiracy theories surrounding her death.
