Il riconoscimento ‘DegustaPisa’ celebra l’eccellenza enogastronomica pisana.
‘DegustaPisa’ is a new event organized by Confcommercio Provincia di Pisa, with the participation of the Chamber of Commerce of North West Tuscany and Terre di Pisa, to showcase the culinary excellence of Pisa and its province. The event will allow visitors to discover the territory through tastings of its main food and wine products, which have been awarded a special recognition for the occasion. The event will take place on November 10th at the headquarters of the Chamber of Commerce Toscana Nord Ovest in Pisa, and will feature 12 awarded companies in categories such as wine, cheese, cured meats, pastries, bread, beer, ice cream, liqueurs, truffles, and chocolate. The event will include a talk moderated by Federico Pieragnoli, Director of Confcommercio Provincia di Pisa, and a special guest appearance by Michelin-starred chef Cristiano Tomei. During the event, awards will be presented to the companies that have contributed to promoting and enhancing the culinary excellence of Pisa and its province through their quality products and attention to raw materials. The event will also feature speeches by local authorities and administrators.
