Laboratori itineranti a Firenze per chi aspira a diventare rapper o fumettista
Firenze Anima Giovane, an initiative promoted by the Department for Youth Policies of the Municipality of Florence, will offer a unique learning experience from 6 to 21 October 2023. The initiative includes five itinerant workshops in rap, trap, street art, skateboarding, comic drawing, and audio-video podcast production. These workshops will be held for 6 hours each, free of charge, in squares and parks across the five neighborhoods of Florence. The project is co-financed by the European Union through the European Structural and Investment Funds in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. The goal is to promote participation and idea exchange among young people while they develop their skills in various disciplines. The workshops will culminate in a three-day event at the Teatro del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino where the results of the workshops will be presented, featuring well-known names in each respective field. The project is aimed primarily at young people between the ages of 12 and 20, but it is open to all. Participants can register for free on the official website and choose their preferred workshop. The workshops will take place on specific dates in October and will be held in various locations throughout the city. Renowned producer Bumper Muz will guide the rap and trap workshops, while urban artist MrFijodor will introduce the street artists to the world of lettering and digital content. The digital podcast workshop will be organized by the agency Dieci, specializing in documentaries and video storytelling. The skateboarding workshop is organized by SkateClan, an affiliated sports association. The comic workshop will focus on creating a short story, with guidance on conception, scriptwriting, and graphic design. The project aims to provide young people with spaces in the city to cultivate their talents and explore their creativity. It also aims to introduce them to new activities and opportunities. The Teatro del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino will host the event’s grand finale from 28 to 31 October, presenting the results of the workshops.
