Il Respiro della Foresta, una raccolta di immagini suggestive e molto altro
Claudia Giusti, a naturalistic photographer, will present her first editorial product, “Il Respiro della Foresta,” in Scarperia at the Palazzo dei Vicari. The event, organized by the Municipality of Scarperia and San Piero through the Scarperia Library, will be held on Friday, October 27th at 6 pm and will be moderated by Dr. Elisabetta Boni, a journalist. The book, titled “Il Respiro della Foresta,” evokes a sense of Claudia’s long experience in various European forests. The images she presents depict her way of living in and honoring the importance of forests and woods, not only for their paradisiacal beauty but also for our survival. Attendees will have the opportunity to embark on an original journey of adventure and spirituality guided by Claudia, a determined and passionate young woman. Claudia Giusti, born in Florence and now living in Mugello, holds a degree in art history and has been working as a librarian and head of the cultural office for the Municipality of Vaglia since 2007. She discovered her talent for photography through various courses and developed her unique style. Her first work, which won the special prize for best photography book at the 2023 Green Book Literary Prize, reflects her interests in literature, art, botany, and personal growth. In 2022, she won first prize in the “Fotografare il Parco” international competition with her photo “Gocce e trame” taken in the Apennines. Attendees of the event will have the opportunity to get to know the author, admire and understand her photos, and delve into her world.
