Luigi Ciatti, father of Niccolò Ciatti, a 22-year-old who was killed in a nightclub in Lloret de Mar in 2017, spoke at the city council meeting in Florence. He stated that there are two ongoing trials involving the fugitive Rassoul Bissoultanov, one in Spain and one in Italy, and they are waiting for the final judgment. However, the Spanish authorities are not actively searching for him despite the Italian request for his capture. Bissoultanov, one of the Chechens who killed Niccolò Ciatti, attacked him with kicks and punches on the dance floor. Luigi Ciatti expressed hope that the Italian proceedings will continue and that Italy will make a more serious effort to find him.
