Siena, un ponte verso l’Europa, l’ideale città italiana.
A two-day event titled “A bridge launched from Siena to Europe” was held at the headquarters of Siena Ideale, promoted by First Cisl in collaboration with the organization. The event focused on the project “Corporate Responsibility toward Employee’s Family through Industrial Relations,” which aims to gather best practices in reducing conflicts between companies and workers. Contributions from 15 countries were used to address the needs of workers. The mayor of Siena, Nicoletta Fabio, praised the innovative project, which emphasizes the importance of considering the needs of both workers and their families. Siena Ideale highlighted the significance of starting such initiatives in Siena, with plans to address the topic of social responsibility towards employees and their families on a national and international level. The project will continue its journey to Athens, Ljubljana, Istanbul, and Dublin.
